This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how Waveio ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you use our mobile application (the "App") and any related services provided by the Company (the "Services"). This Policy applies to information we collect when you create an account on the App, use the Services, or otherwise interact with us.

a. Personal Information. We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services when you participate in activities on the Services (such as by posting messages in our online forums or entering competitions, contests or giveaways) or otherwise when you contact us. By contributing content, including but not limited to audio recordings, comments, and ratings, to the App, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your contributions in connection with the App and the Company's business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the App (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.
 

5. How We Disclose Your Information

a. Service Providers. We may share your information with service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, data analysis, payment processing, and customer support. b. Business Transfers. We may share your information in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, or in the event of bankruptcy. c. Legal Requirements. We may disclose your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to protect our rights or the rights of others, to investigate fraud or other illegal activities, or in response to a court order, subpoena, or other legal processes

6. Your Choices

a. Account Information. You may update or correct your account information at any time by logging into your account.
b. Marketing Communications. You may opt out of receiving marketing communications from us by following the instructions in those communications. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.
c. Do Not Track. Some web browsers have a "Do Not Track" feature that lets you tell websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. At this time, we do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems.
 

8. Children's Privacy

The Services are not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information of a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information from our systems as soon as possible.
 

9. California Privacy Rights

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to this Policy, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the App prior to the effective date of the changes.
